Nikkitel is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information gathered by us is for the sole purpose of improving our services to meet the changing needs of our customers. Nikkitel will never sell or publish any information without the permission of the users of our website. However, on demand, the information may be shared with the Government/semi-government authorities for the purpose of an investigation. If you should want, or need, to send information about yourself to Nikkitel, we will then offer a simple way to submit such information and store it securely. Nikkitel strictly protects the security of your personal/company information and honours your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. If at anytime you wish to have your information deleted from our own records, feel free to contact us. If for some reason you believe Nikkitel has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by e-mail, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Make sure you put the words "PRIVACY POLICY" in the subject line of the e-mail message.

  • Savings may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations
  • Nikkitel talk plans are not valid for use while on a cruise. Usage during a cruise is charged maritime rates and are at the discretion of the cruise lines
  • GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) is available with almost every GSM network. GPRS is pre-activated on our SIM cards and standard charges are applicable, as determined by each network.
  • Airtime rates are applicable on all toll free number
  • International SIM Cards issued by Nikkitel should not be used in India. Other terms and conditions apply
Internet Card Generic Disclaimers
  • In case of loss of the USB Internet Card €300 will be charged
  • The Nikkitel Internet plans will be rolled over for the next billing term if the card is not returned after the plan validity period
  • Ensure that automatic updates are turned off. In case, if the automatic updates are on then it is possible that the system when connected could download the updates in the background which can be as big as a 60 MB file
  • Use webmail as far as possible, this will allow you to view your e-mail without having to download the entire mails sent to your account
  • Audio and Video files – Downloading audio and video files also can consume lot of MB’s
  • There is a fair use policy applicable on all unlimited Internet plans wherein after a 2GB usage, the Internet download/upload speed will be reduced for the rest of the billing period
